Grady is the child that will wear me out and wear me down. I thought it was Madison, but then we had Grady. He just asked to drink milk because if he drank water the seeds from the apple he ate earlier would start to grow and that would "of course cause problems mommy." This was after the imaginary warfare outside earlier and the dwarf planet debate over Eris we had when his teacher literally said "Just ask your Mom about it."
Yep, he's sumthin! Gotta love him...pictured here giving pitiful Puss in Boots eyes...

Madison's First Dance !
Patti was in town for Madison's first dance, and we spent the afternoon primping her for the event. She was BEAUTIFUL! More than that, she had a great time which was what u hoped for more than anything. Our little girl is getting so big!0
St. Pat's 2013
We celebrated again this year by going to the Ft Worth Stockyards Parade--this time with the Kloses. We did the maze, the candy store, and the White Elephant as usual...then headed home for some Irish beer and Shepard's Pie--yum!

First IV, first hospital stay, first surgery
Welcome 2013.
We survived a week of gallbladder attacks. Apparently it's a family tradition. Last Saturday I took Todd to the ER, and they sent him home with heartburn. We were back the next day, sonogrammed and admitted for surgery. It's taken the week to get him mended but I finally think we are there. He's not the best patient, but he's the best I've got. :)
