a trip down memory lane

We took Grady to museum school on Friday, and I think both kids have inherited the nostalgic gene from me. The whole time they reminiscenced about when they went, and we would have picnics or go play at the museum. I loved it.:)

Last night Madison accepted an award from the Decatur School Board for winning a 4th grade writing contest. Her "work" has been submitted to state, and we should hear those results soon. I guess this fits into her writing profession plans pretty well.:)
